Pricing is subject to change without notice.

The goods and services listed on the General Price List are those we can provide to our customers.
You may choose only those you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a
charge for our basic services. If legal or other requirements mean you must purchase items you did
not specifically ask for, we will explain the reasons in writing on the statement we provide
describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF…………………………..………………$2,655
Our charge includes funeral arrangement conference with family and responsible party; recording
vital statistics; securing permits; filing and obtaining death certificates and other forms;
preparation of necessary notices; and coordination of service plans with parties involved in the
final disposition of the deceased. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to
the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select. However, the fee is already included in our
charges for direct cremation, immediate burial and forwarding or receiving remains.

Except in select cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

container, visitation or ceremonies before forwarding the remains.

This charge includes local receiving of remains, basic services of staff, necessary authorizations,
and local transportation to the cemetery. However, fee does not include visitation or ceremonies
before burial of remains.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL
Our charge for this service includes local removal of remains, care of remains, basic services of
funeral director and staff, necessary authorizations, permits, and local transportation to the
cemetery. However, fee does not include cemetery charges, themselves. Cemeteries may require the
purchase of an outer burial container.

DIRECT CREMATION
Our charge for this service includes local removal of remains, care of remains, basic services of
funeral director and staff, cremation fee, transportation to crematory, obtaining necessary authorizations and permits,
and filing death certificates. If you arrange for a direct cremation, you need to use an
alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body throughout the cremation process and
can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials. The containers we include in
direct cremation cost are cardboard. However, fee for direct cremation does not include the cost of
urn, temporary container, or any service assistance.
