Larry J. Huppe, 82, of Overland Park, Kansas died peacefully at his home on Oct. 22, 2023.
Larry was born to Theodotta and Lawrence Huppe in Kansas City, Missouri in 1940. Larry is survived by his wife, Kathy, of the home, children: Tom (Lorri) Huppe and Lisa Snider, grandchildren: Nick Snider, Mitchell Snider, Halie (Marcus) McNeace, and Jacob Snider; great grandchildren: Maddox Elliott and Waylon McNeace; stepchildren: Ryan (Megan) Standefer and Colleen (Chris) Jones; step-grandchildren: Willa, Henry, and Audrey Standefer and Bobby and Emmy Kate Jones.
Larry has been a resident of the Kansas City area his entire life. He was a member of Church of the Ascension. Larry received his bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst College. He worked for and retired from AT&T and later worked in real estate for Re/Max. Larry had many close friends and family who loved him dearly.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on November 10th at Church of the Ascension, 9510 W. 127thStreet, Overland Park, KS. Visitation prior to the service at Church of the Ascension from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Private burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Lenexa, KS at a later date.

Kathy, Ed and I are so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing away. He was such a good guy. May he rest in peace
