Charles Richard Weathers

We remember our friend Chuck, or Charlie, who’s spirit departed from us on November 26th at the age of 60. He will be remembered for his timely wit and gentle soul. He was born in Kansas City KS to Charles and Jo Ellen (Fain) Weathers and lived in close proximity to both extended families. He served in the US Navy for 2 years after attending Shawnee Mission North High School. He often talked about his days working for the railroad and the cast of characters he worked with.

Charlie was preceded in death by his father Charles L Weathers and mother Jo Ellen Weathers. He is survived by his long time partner Megan Schiesl who loved him with all of her heart. Charlie is also survived by daughter, Samantha Steed (Jacob Steed), Republic, Mo; and daughter Rachel Weathers, Republic, Mo.; grandchildren Adaline and Maverick Steed; and Ryder Brown.

No services have been planned, per his request.
