What a shock to read this in the Capital Journal this morning! The Heit family is in my thoughts at this time.
I remember Annette learning to drive, and having to go turn around at the end of the street because she couldn’t cross the double yellow in front of the house, and Jim had to construct a fence corner so she would know the house. Annette and my daddy being so passionate about golf!
May your memories bring you peace and joy.
so sorry and surprised to hear of annettas passing she and her family were wonderful neighbors to my mother for many many years she will be so missed prayers are with your family jan alston
I have left for Heaven above, This is not goodbye.
For I have left my heart with you,
So don’t you dare cry.
All this love that’s deep within, You’ll feel from heaven above.
I will whisper and surround you like the wind,
it’s that feeling you feel from deep within. I will always be with you as you go through your day, For my love will forever grow deep within you today
Regretfully, I did not know Annetta as well as I would have liked, having met her only a few times. But if her son is half the person she was, I am certain that there are few better people who have ever lived. Her goodness will be shared with anyone who is fortunate enough to meet the children she raised. My prayers go out to all those touched by this loss.
