Bernards lifetime:
Our beloved Bernard James Cline II, born August 31st, 1968 passed to Heaven on February 9th, 2021. As a father, son, soulmate, and man of the family; he left a mark on this world that will forever be treasured. BJ was a member of Knights of Columbus for St. Ann’s Catholic Church and a proud member of the American Legion Riders Post 370, where he was known as Bear. He graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School in 1987 and later studied at Baker University. He was at US Bank where he was working hard toward further promotion. As a whole-hearted sports fan, he loved watching the Kansas City Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers, and Notre Dame Fighting Irish with his family and friends. He coached sports for Joseph and left cherished memories of playing basketball and soccer with Jessica. BJ’s favorite getaway was the Lake of the Ozarks where he enjoyed family time and boat rides. He was a bright light in the world, with a forgiving spirit that never turned his back on a friend. He loved animals greatly and has joined his late dog Bristol in Heaven. BJ wanted nothing but happiness and health for his family and friends, as he always valued the blessings in his life. He knew life was short and made everyday count as if it was his last.
Family:
