Beloved sister, mother and grandmother passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 15th, 2016 at the young age of 59. She is survived by her 3 sons, Bryan and his wife Devonne, Greg and his wife Melissa and Richard and his wife Jessica along with 9 grandchildren, 2 sisters – Gloria Escalante and Christina Gutierrez and 4 brothers – Russell, Boy, Erik and Alex Manlove. And let’s not forget her favorite fur-baby, Elvis.
Denise was a free-spirited, devoted mother and grandmother who overcame many challenges throughout her young life. Her passion was her grandkids and making sure others were taken care of before herself. She loved life and always carried a smile. She was one of a kind and always saw the best in everyone. Denise touched many people’s lives along the way and will never be forgotten.
We love you, we miss you. You will always be with us!
Love,

There is not enough space for a comment because it would take hours to talk about all the years of growing up and the things we did when Denise was a teenager, before we were both married. My heart is truly broken, not only for myself but for her family. And also for my cousins, her siblings. May you Rest In Peace my dear cousin. Love Rachel and all the family ❤️

I am very saddened about this news. Denise was a very special “relative” friend I have such great memories of her laughing and just being a very happy person. She will truly be missed ?
Denise had been a part of my life for about 10 years, met her through Greg, who is married to my daughter, Melissa. She was a wonderful grandmother, loved her grandkids and would do anything for you without question. Her presence will be missed greatly. I am so sorry for the loss of Denise and what she meant for her family. Love you all, Lori and John Manning

Gloria, felt like I knew her personally thru our 40 year friendship. Be at peace, she is. My heart felt sorrow for her entire family.
Dear Valenzuela family. I am very sorry to have read of the recent death of Denise. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be very encouraging. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 and also at Revelation 21:3-5. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, as well as do away with all the causes we have for suffering, including sickness & death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will likewise comfort your family also during this most difficult time in your lives.
Its been two months and I still miss you like crazy mom. I hope you found comfort and peace.
