Fredrick E. Kempin, 85, of Overland Park, KS, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020, at Villa St. Francis. Private graveside services will be held at Resurrection Cemetery in Lenexa, KS.

Fred was born in Leavenworth, KS, to Fred and Helen Kempin. He was predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Rosemary Larkin Kempin, in 2007. He is survived by two daughters Kathy Heath (Buck), of Overland Park, KS and Karen Glynn (Earl), of Olathe, KS, four grandchildren, Ben and Joshua Heath, Brian Glynn (Brittany), Megan Hammons (Nick), and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Donna Johnston (Jamie) of Arizona City, AZ.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Villa St. Francis Catholic Care Center or Catholic Community Hospice.
